**Role Description -**

Broad Oak Group is currently seeking a Project Supervisor to join our renewables division, where we specialise in installing Air Source Heating Systems, Solar PV and fabric insulation measures. The scheme is aimed at improving the energy efficiency of domestic dwellings and addressing fuel poverty, working with other stakeholders, properties are identified and surveyed to identify suitable energy efficiency measures, we will then carry out a customer focussed approach to complete the installations to the highest standards, delivering successful outcomes for the customer and achieving the objectives of the grant funded scheme.

**The key responsibilities of this role include -**
- To be responsible for the delivery and implementation of the operational construction/project plan and ensure compliance project contractual terms and conditions and specifications.
- To support achieving the planned delivery budget on the project.
- To deliver works in accordance with Legislation, Unitas’ policies, procedures and standards, statutory and local reporting, risk mitigation & management, financial regulations, HR policies and procedures, SHE standards, quality and corporate governance.
- Ensure that appropriate & adequate site records are maintained including but not limited to progress photographs, Site Inductions, and all relevant Health and Safety records.
- To support Project Managers with the planning of operational requirements for internal and external resources to ensure the delivery of the construction phase programme.
- To deliver and fulfil programmes of works and contracts safely, on time, and to the required quality.
- To assess, control and mitigate risks and to implement Broad Oak’s safe working procedures in accordance with the SHEMs and relevant legislation.
- Manage, control and monitor the use of all resources including subcontractors to maximise efficiency and minimise costs.
- To manage and maintain relationships with the supply chain to meet their contractual obligation to provide resource to achieve their deliver programme. Retaining appropriate documentation to support any action that may arise.
- To manage operational communications and relationships with customers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and government agencies for the projects.
- To establish and maintain the best relationship with stakeholders, through and beyond construction, to satisfactory completion, and to deliver improved value to stakeholders and Unitas.
- To manage a safety culture that meets the Broad Oak aspirations of zero accidents and incidents.
- Any other duties appropriate.

**Requirements for the role**

- A Construction background would be advantageous
