**Business Support Executive - Recharge Support**

Good Work Partners is working with a prestigious energy company that specialise in business energy consulting and management. They also provide several services to our clients such as audit, invoice validation, dispute and complaint management, portfolio management and of course our core service - energy procurement. In addition to these services, more recently the client has developed a Utility Recharge Service. This service is aimed to assist the Property Management industry, who often manage blocks, and who’s residents share a private utility supply.

The client has worked extremely hard over the last 10 years to build a loyal customer base and have a great reputation with clients and energy suppliers alike. They have in the last year experienced significant sales growth of our customer base and are looking for a person to join their company.

**The Role**

You’ll be reporting to the Head of Billing and will work 9am to 5pm with the office located Birmingham but they currently run on a hybrid working pattern.

The role will be varied to give you as much exposure to the energy industry, resident billing and our company as possible. You will receive full training for the component parts of the role, which are as follow:

- Manage change of tenancy processes, ensuring smooth transitions and accurate documentation including final invoices.
- Issue statement of accounts to customers monthly and ad-hoc on request.
- Collaborate with the recharge team to support their activities and ensure accurate billing and invoicing processes.
- Act as a problem solver, addressing challenges and finding effective solutions in a timely manner.

**What you need**
- Previous experience in a similar business support role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with the energy industry is advantageous but not essential.
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills related to the role.
- Demonstrate a strong aptitude for learning and adaptability to quickly grasp new concepts and processes.
- Maintain a high level of reliability, consistently meeting deadlines and delivering quality work.
- Assisting the Head of Billing with day-to-day activity as and when required.
