**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome customers with a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
- Performing restaurant booking's with precise information
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of main reception area
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed
- Reply to customers inquiry and requests
- Responsible for the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the Restaurant Front Desk, entrance & lobby.
**Requirement**:
- Proven experience in a receptionist or similar role for at least 1 year
- Proficient in computerized systems for data entry and office tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette with strong communication skills
- Familiarity with booking systems
- Ability to type accurately at a reasonable speed
- Strong administrative and clerical skills
- Proficiency in English language is a must
- Be able to work AM/PM shifts and Weekends

Pay: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 01 - 40 per week
