Skins and Needles Tattoo Studio is a renowned and thriving tattoo studio located in the heart of Middlesbrough. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional tattoo artistry and providing our clients with a welcoming and professional experience. As part of our commitment to excellence, we are looking for a Front of House Receptionist to join our dynamic team.

As the Front of House Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they enter our studio. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and assisting clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Managing appointments and the booking system.
- Providing information on our services and assisting with client queries.
- Maintaining a clean and organised reception area.
- Supporting the tattoo artists as needed.
- Assisting with retail sales of studio merchandise.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus.
- A passion for art and tattoos is appreciated.
