Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front End Associate. As a Front End Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This is a great opportunity for individuals with hospitality, bartending, food preparation, or restaurant experience who are looking to transition into a retail environment.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor as they enter the store
- Assist customers in locating products and answering any questions they may have
- Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front end area, including checkout lanes and displays
- Process returns and exchanges following company policies
- Promote loyalty programs and encourage customers to sign up for membership
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring product availability
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations at the front end

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in hospitality, bartending, food preparation, restaurant, or catering is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
