Sales Administrator

The Best Connection are currently recruiting a Part time Administrator with the possibility to go full time in the Doncaster area.
The role will involve:
- Calling existing customer base to upsell & cross-sell.
- Being the first point of contact for customer on any sales issues.
- Creating and managing a pipelines of opportunities.
- Working towards a monthly target.
- Maintaining excellent working relationships with existing customers.
- Building and maintaining and managing a new customer base
- Working closely to a budget as set by the Sales Director
- Close working relationships with suppliers
- Close working with relationships with the Business Development Department
- Working towards team and individual incentives.
- Identifying and developing ideas to grow your customer base
- Build and maintain a close working relationship with the staff across the company
- Support the Sales Director in the promotion of business mission.
- Ensure that deadlines and objectives, set by the Sales Director, are met
- A strong and continuous focus on business development
**Skills**:
- Customer service skills: the ability to deliver high customer service at all times and deal with complaints
- Communication skills: the ability to listen, explain, and persuade effectively
- Presentation skills: the ability to showcase products or services to customers
- Problem-solving skills: the ability to handle pressure, tight timelines, and stressful situations
- Team work: the ability to work in a team and collaborate with others to deliver targets
- Computer skills: the ability to use cash registers, databases, and sales tools
Experience required:
- Sales experience required
- ideally minimum of 2 years with a proven track record but not essential.
**Benefits & Requirements**:
- Hourly rate as above, or the appropriate National Minimum Wage (age dependent)
- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
- 24hr Oncall Support
