**About us**

The Chef’s Kitchen Limited is one of the leading independent producers of Cooking Wines and Vinegars to the wholesale hospitality market. To aid the companies further growth we require a Sales & Logistics Administrator, on a part-time basis, reporting to the Operations Manager.

To be successful in this role you will need a strong customer service focus, excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude. Any experience within a similar role would be a definite advantage.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and monitor all Sales Orders
- Liaise directly with customers, hauliers and other third parties
- Provide excellent customer service and escalate any concerns without delay
- Liaise closely with Production, Planning and Warehouse to ensure lead-times, priority orders and stock levels are widely known by all departments.
- Ensure all shipments are processed and delivered on time
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to resolve any issues or delays
- Prepare shipping documents and ensure compliance with regulations

**The Successful Applicant**
- Computer literate with strong MS, Excel skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £12.50-£13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 22.5 per week
