**About the Infrastructure Officer role**:
As our **Infrastructure Officer** you will be responsible for the collection and expenditure of the Community Infrastructure Fund (CIL) for both Babergh and Mid Suffolk on infrastructure across Central Suffolk.

The interpretation and the operation of the CIL Regulations with regard to approved development and issuing formal Notices for CIL (e.g. Liability and Demand), dealing with consequent Appeals and providing support to other team members working towards the delivery of infrastructure including the apportionment of the Parish Neighbourhood CIL.
