The Cotswolds Dogs & Cats Home is looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious and motivated Corporate & Events Fundraiser to help grow our income from businesses, events and the community at an exciting stage in the charity’s development.

We are looking for someone who is able to work on their own initiative and identify new income generating opportunities whilst maintaining and developing existing relationships.

**Corporate**
- To initiate contact with small local businesses, familiarising them the charity’s work. Develop on-going relationships and gain their support
- Continue to manage and cultivate current corporate supporters
- Organise corporate days to encourage engagement with the charity with the support of the Fundraising Administrator to help run the day
- Develop and implement a corporate strategy
- Actively seek and obtain new corporate partnerships
- Look at new ways of working with corporates e.g. payroll giving, events, pennies, other initiatives
- Attend networking events for future prospects
- Co-ordinate ‘The Big Give’ campaign along with the Individual & Community Fundraiser finding pledges to support our match giving project

**Events**
- To organise and run all actual and community events
- To look for new opportunities within community fundraising
- Recruit and retain volunteers within the Volunteer Fundraising Committee
- Organise the charity’s presence at local community events, coordinate volunteers to attend and participate and network at local events for maximum exposure for CDCH
- Participate in and attend occasional fundraising events on the charity’s behalf e.g. cheque presentations, talks to local clubs
- Work with internal and external teams to create suitable and sustainable fundraising messaging and communications

**Salary**

£27,300 pro rata

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 22.5 per week

**Salary**: £14.00 per hour
