**Business Development Manager (Software)**
**£30,000 to £45,000 per annum (Dependent on experience) plus commission**
**Full Time (Hybrid/ Remote Working)**
**Head Office Based in West Yorkshire**
Based in a picturesque village on the M62 corridor near Halifax, EndtoEnd IT provides intuitive business management packages, tailored specifically for timber window manufacturers and installers. It covers every stage of the process from enquiry, quotation,design and manufacture, right through to installation or delivery - completely streamlining the workflow.

To support us in our objective, we are looking to recruit a highly talented **Business Development Manager**to join our software sales team.
**About the Business Development Manager (Software) Role**
The Business Development Manager will be focussed on new business, finding and recruiting our next customers, helping us to continue establishing our software in the industry. They will also assist in researching and developing new markets for our software.
The Business Development Manager will be an energetic articulate professional who thrives on selling a solution they are passionate about and making a difference for our clients. They may have existing networks and contacts to bring to the role.
The primary purpose of the Business Development Manager is new business, finding and recruiting our next customers proactively hunting and developing new business and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
**Key Duties of the Role**
- Manage the entire sales process with a strong emphasis on new business sales whilst also expanding existing accounts
- Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure set sales targets and KPIs are met or exceeded
- Proactively find new opportunities to present the company and its software
- Follow all sales enquiries and opportunities promptly
- Provide software demonstrations on and off site to clients
- Undertake promotional industry networking activities.
- Assist with monthly webinars including delivering training for users
- Assist with production of videos for new features and webinars
- Prepare quotes for existing customers wanting additional features and follow-up
- Any other duty necessary for the successful operation of the company.
**Qualifications and Experience Required**
- An organised and highly focussed individual, willing to go the "Extra mile" for our customers and potential customers.
- A minimum of 2 years sales experience. Preferably business to business in software or a related field
- Some experience of the window and door industry would be beneficial but not essential
- Experienced and comfortable with presenting sales demonstrations over Zoom and in person.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- The ability and willingness to travel as needed.
