**Front of House Team Member**

**Contract Type: Permanent**

To provide a world-class, client facing front of house service. You will ensure services are maintained efficiently and provide excellent service standards.

The Front of House Team provide ownership of all meeting room services which includes bookings, events and may include assisting with hospitality.

Additionally, you may be asked to liaise with other departments as needed and provide statistics for regular client meetings.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide a five star service to the client following the “yes-we-can” ethos
- Fulfil their front of house duties in a service orientated, timely, polite, courteous and professional manner
- Ensure safe working practices through Health & Safety standards
- Ensure the smooth operation of the client site
- Be flexible with the changing requirements of Telefonica Digital
- To ensure that all client and visitor requests and enquiries are fulfilled and exceed expectations
- Meet and greet clients and their visitors to a high standard and inform the host of their visitor
- To action general concierge queries i.e. meeting rooms, site facilities, taxi bookings, restaurant bookings, etc.
- Ensure that all Client site procedures and standards are met
- Book meeting rooms using the Outlook system
- Liaise with the Office Co-ordinator to manage the stock and replenish the coffee points, vending machines, utensils and meeting room refreshment fridges
- To assist in the preparation of meeting rooms with tea, coffee, water or lunch, and preparation of fruits

**Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications**
- Reception experience in a busy corporate environment required
- MS Word and Excel to an intermediate level essential
- Excellent communication skills essential, both verbal and written
- Flexible, adaptable team player
- Ability to “go the extra mile”
- Calm, professional and focused approach
- Ability to work under pressure and support the team
- Effective personal time management essential
