- Maintain maintenance spreadsheet.
- Arrange maintenance repairs.
- Liaise with clients' senior teams.
- Prepare new tenant packs.
- Property inspections.
- Dealing with sensitive information.
- Property Procurement

The person we are looking for must be a people person with a professional yet friendly manner. The right person for this job must have the ability to work well in a team and equally as well when working alone. Customer service experience preferred. Knowledge within Social Housing preferred.
We are a small company that is growing, therefore we are looking for someone who would be willing to take on new responsibilities and tasks as they progress.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: From £9.50 per hour
