Full time - Administrator/Property Clerk
- We are looking for an honest and trustworthy applicant, ideally with a back ground in Customer Service / Administration. A car owner is esential as visiting properties will be part of the role. It is a full-time permanent role with an immediate start.

1 Starting salary £20-24,000 - dependant on experience.

2 Working hours 9.00-5.00 Mon to Fri to include 45 minute paid break. Time in lieu given for any extra hours if required.

3 20 days holiday to exclude bank holidays - (pro rata to start from 1st Jan)

4 Car parking space (available during work hours only).

5 Business mileage paid.

6 Company pension scheme (employer and employee to contribute).

The job role will include dealing with landlord/tenant and contractors in a polite and respectful manner at all times. To include:
1 Dealing with general enquiries, whether phone or face to face

2 Dealing with repairs and maintenance issues

3 Dealing with landlord queries

4 To ensure that we act with honesty and integrity at all times

5 Visiting properties when required (whether inventory/property visit/photos)

6 Being flexible to working hours as part of the team

We are an independent Letting Agent located in the Town centre, working in a small team. We have a sizable property portfolio and have built up a good reputation in the town over the last 26 years.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

- Ipswich: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
