Sen Learning Support Assistant

We are currently seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant (SEN) to join our client's dedicated team. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to students with special educational needs (SEN) to help them access the curriculum fully and make progress in their learning.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work one-on-one and in small groups with SEN students
- Use personalised learning plans to support student's specific needs
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with teaching staff and SEN coordinator to monitor student progress
- Participate in regular team meetings and professional development activities
**Requirements**:
- Hold a Level 2 or 3 qualification in supporting teaching and learning
- Have previous experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of supporting SEN students
- A patient, empathetic and supportive approach
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Enhanced DBS Check
