We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Practitioner to join our team and help us make a real difference to the lives of our students.
Job Description:
As a Learning Support Practitioner (LSP), you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN. You will also assist in the planning and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and help create an inclusive, engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual or small group support to students with a range of special educational needs.

- Assist with classroom management and ensure a safe, welcoming, and positive learning environment.
Key Requirements:
- Experience working with children with special educational needs, ideally within a primary school setting (experience with autism, ADHD, or speech and language difficulties is a plus).
- A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach to supporting children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of children with additional needs.
- A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 3 Teaching Assistant, Level 2/3 SEN qualifications, or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
What We Offer:
- A supportive, welcoming, and friendly team of colleagues.
- Opportunities for professional development and training.
- A chance to make a real difference to the lives of children with SEN.
- A rewarding and fulfilling career in an inclusive school environment.
