Within the Security Data & Technology Services function we have an opportunity to join an exciting team which combines the power of Intelligence and human creativity with data analytics to unify data misuse detection and policy enforcement across Lloyds BankingGroup.
The role involves working collaboratively with colleagues across Chief Security Office and business units/platforms and would suit an individual with broad knowledge of security technologies and methodologies.

Working as part of the Service Introduction & Transition team you’ll help Chief Security Office be an enabling platform which supports business change in alignment with security strategy. As we develop our people, processes, and technology to build capabilitiesfor the future, you'll be part of a fast paced and agile team that delivers safe and secure customer outcomes.
**What You’ll Do**
You'll act as an SME to develop and introduce solutions from scope to delivery, bringing together information security skills with a detailed comprehension of the needs and challenges of service operations to ensure new solutions bring lasting benefits to thegroup.
You’ll work with project managers, change connectors, service support teams and partners/suppliers; communicating and collaborating with others to ensure the smooth and successful transition of new and changed services.
You’ll be a gate keeper who ensures effective transfer to service teams in compliance with service dependencies and service readiness - developing the technical aspects of delivery whilst also helping to train and prepare operational teams to adopt new technologiesand processes.
**Key Accountabilities**
SME Support for the delivery of key services within the Service Introduction & Transition Team:

- Cyber Security Service Introduction & Transition to Live
- Management and assessment of Technical Engagement Requests
- Relationship/Stakeholder Management (Internal and Cross Divisional, including Major Core Programmes)
- Operational Management
- Process Design

**Other responsibilities may include**:

- Raising pipeline issues to ensure that all impacts are kept to minimum
- Providing MI on the status of in-flight activities and deliveries being undertaken
- Documenting Cyber Security Impact Assessments
- Ensuring that appropriate resourcing, training, tooling, support and documentation is delivered with a formal service readiness sign off from relevant customers and partners
- Ensuring training requirements and any other non-functional requirements are defined and delivered against the agreed service acceptance criteria.

**Essential Capabilities & Knowledge**
As a Technical Manager you'll have exposure to senior leaders across functions within LBG, so it’s crucial that you have superb communication and diplomacy skills.
- Proven track record in the successful delivery of new solutions and technologies to mitigate risks and threats
- An understanding of the current threat landscape and new technologies to support the mitigation of these threats
- Experience in effective risk reduction management and operational control frameworks
- Ability to take the lead, drive actions, and show initiative
- Ability to handle varied workload and priorities
- Diagnostic skills and an ability to analyse technical information from various sources
- Management of critical data in accordance with policy and standards
- Writing process and user documentation
- Knowledge of and understanding of dealing with security threats from both internal and external sources
- Solid grasp of Change Management processes and toolsets
- Able to bring clarity and simplicity to the deepest technical discussions and be concise in the summary, conclusions and actions being taken.

**Desirable Capabilities & Knowledge**
- Cloud Technology qualifications or experience of working with Cloud Solutions (within a Security environment) in particularly Azure and GCP
- Knowledge and experience of Data Loss and Insider Risk detection, prevention, and methodology
- Awareness of the financial impact of delivery decisions and ability to find opportunities for cost reductions.
- Good understanding of ITEC compliance and knowledge of LBG Security Framework (or similar policies)
