About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Publications Manager to join our team at Northrop Grumman Corp. (AU). As a key member of our Defense industry team, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical publications for ground and air vehicle systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Triton Technical Publications Management System
  • Ensure the delivery of technical services across the program
  • Align US Navy materials with Australian standards
  • Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Manage system maintenance publications
  • Register and validate technical publications
  • Coordinate with the US Navy and stakeholders for quality control
  • Manage updates and revisions
  • Oversee the distribution of resources within the Triton program
  • Manage the program's technical library
  • Conduct audits and updates of technical publication work instructions
About You

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a deep understanding of aircraft maintenance from a user's perspective. You will have expertise in Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETM) and S1000D, and be able to work skilfully with maintenance manuals, enhancing processes, and crafting documentation for U.S. approval.
