Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all technical aspects of residential developments
  • Lead design and engineering teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Provide technical expertise in the planning and execution of residential developments
  • Ensure the highest standards of quality, sustainability, and innovation across all projects


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Manager in residential development, with a strong track record of delivering projects
  • In-depth knowledge of building regulations, planning processes, and construction methodologies
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
  • Chartered status or relevant qualifications in engineering, architecture, or construction is desirable
