We are looking for a Visitor Welcome Supervisor to join our team on a permanent basis working 36 hours per week April to October 14 hours November to March.

As our Visitor Welcome Supervisor you'll be optimising every opportunity to generate income, achieving all site performance targets, through target setting, training and coaching your team in active selling. You'll deliver inspirational visitor welcome and experience through high standards of presentation and customer service as well as ensuring that the site itself and its assets are safe and secure.

To be considered as a Visitor Welcome Supervisor, you will need:
Experience of supervising a team in a visitor facing and/or sales environment
Experience of coaching staff or volunteers to deliver a consistent standard of visitor
experience
You'll be an effective communicator with good customer service skills
