**In-House Trainer**
MTS Cleansing Services Ltd has been an established Waste Management Company for 37 years. Over the years, we have increased our fleet and employee headcount, generated fantastic long term relationships with our customers across the UK and been recognised as one of the biggest Waste Management companies in the industry. Our Training Team are looking to recruit for an additional In House Trainer.
The Training Team at MTS Cleansing are a respected professional department, who deliver industry led training and bespoke in-house courses. Not only do we train all of our own employees, we have a large customer base of external customers that we train to the highest standard. MTS Cleansing Services are committed to a high level of Health and Safety. Our employees are the most important part of our business and making sure they “Go home Safe” is paramount.
**What will the job involve?**
- Have a knowledge of the waste and drainage industry and/or water industry.
- Have a high standard of knowledge of Health & Safety and associated legislation.
- Carry out the MTS Induction to all new employees, to set the pace for the new employees’ journey.
- To carry out all industry led training to the highest level and standards.
- To keep your personal CPD up to date with current legislation and knowledge.
**What do we need from you?**
- Essential Qualifications and Skills_
- EAT or equivalent qualified
- EUSR National Water Hygiene trainer
- EUSR SHEA Water/ Drains and Sewer trainer
- Microsoft office literate
- Experience in writing, designing and delivering training courses

- Manual handling trainer

- NRSWA Trainer

Full time position, Monday to Friday - 08:00am - 17:00pm (40 hours)
Please note, there will be a 2-stage interview process.
1ststage - face to face interview and if successful you will be invited for 2ndstage to design and present to our Board of Directors.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Rochester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
