**Compliance Officer - £23 - £27K + Commission - Pertemps Medical - Milton Keynes**

We have an exciting opportunity to work at our dynamic medical recruitment company for an experienced Compliance Officer.

**Compliance Consultant**

**Overall responsibilities**:
Using Outlook, Word, Excel and our internal database.- Carrying out various administrative dutiesExeeding weekly and monthly compliance targets and key perfomance indicators, whilst balancing with a passion for ensuring no corners are cut.- Building and maintaining relationships with colleagues within teams or across teams to maximise opportunities for the company.- Following all mandated procedures to ensure industry code of ethics and relevant legislation are adhered to.**Core Skills and Objectives**:
Pertemps Medical Consultants will need to:

- Ablitiy to work with multiple systems to ensure all documents are obtained, checked and verified.- Able to manage own workload and prioritise tasks according to the needs of the business.- Excellent business communications skills needed in order to ensure information and documents are obtained and are correct.- Good attention to detail required to ensure all documents pass the rigorous standards set by the NHS and other regulatory bodies. Working within client contract requirements to meet agreed service level agreements.- Delivering Basic Life Support training in person or over video call- Work with manager to agreed targets and KPIs and report figures as required.- Accurately complete all required administration to ensure the pay/bill function works effectively.- Assisting with audit preparation- Work to solve problems related to compliance, complaints and any other issues as they arise and escelate where necessary.-
- Offer help to colleagues within and outside of teams where necessary.- Help with training new recruits as and when required.- Work towards continuous learning and professional development.**Core Techinical Understanding**:

- Understand employee rights and medical recruitment legislation- Understand and work to company compliance standards to ensure successful audits- Develop expert knowledge in medical recruitment and in particular the given specialism- Excellent IT knowledge and ability- Great organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload- Enjoy working in a pressurised environmentIf you’re interested in this role, please get in touch today.
