My client is one of the largest privately owned property companies in the country. Working from their Alderley Edge head office, they are currently looking to make an addition to their Marketing team, in the form of a Marketing Administrator.

The Marketing Administrator role is to primarily support the marketing department with the day-to-day tasks including artwork updates to brochures, inserts and signage amends and also the updating of the company website and deal with all aspects of administration.

You will also to be second in line to answer calls from the main enquiry line. This includes assisting customers with their enquiry & transferring calls to other team members.

If the Marketing Enquiries Co-ordinator is absent, the Marketing Administrator is to cover that role including the handling of enquiries, raising of reports and attending the Marketing Meeting on Monday morning to take minutes and distribute to the team before Wednesday of the same week.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Signage
- Briefing in new artwork into Graphic Designers
- Amending artwork as required
- Obtaining quotes from signage companies
- Updating the weekly signage schedule - to be distributed every Friday
- Updating the signage audit - to be a working document
- Brochures & Inserts
- Briefing in new artwork into Graphic Designers
- Amending artwork as required
- Managing the process - checking enough copies are ordered, updated & produced on time, updating the master availability sheet and brochure & creative brief schedule once complete
- Reordering brochures once informed stock is low by Marketing Enquiries Co-ordinator
- Updating the weekly brochure schedule - to be distributed every Friday
- Website Updates
- Updating relevant websites with appropriate amendments.
- Other ad hoc duties may be required
- Book photographers for property photography and PR photography

**General Office Admin Tasks**
- Invoicing
- Processing invoices in a prompt manner
- Photocopy each invoice & save in file
- Updating invoice spreadsheet
- Answering phone
- Second in line for main enquiry line
- Taking calls & messages for marketing department if anyone’s absent

**The Person**
- A confident, friendly and open manner
- A great communicator with an excellent telephone manner
- Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
- Flexible
- Calm and methodical with the ability to prioritise and problem solve
- Motivated and has the ability to work under own initiative
- Smart appearance

**Salary and Benefits**

The salary for this role is between £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus fantastic company benefits including ongoing development and support, free onsite parking, generous holiday allowance, Christmas shut down, generous company pension, and more.
