Town, United Kingdom Walkers Global Full time

Walkers is a leading international law and professional services firm providing legal, corporate and fiduciary services to global corporations, financial institutions, capital market participants and investment fund managers. With a global presence spanning the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, we advise on the jurisdictions of Bermuda, the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, Guernsey, Ireland and Jersey.

Walkers treat everyone as the intelligent grown-ups they are. We take a grown-up approach to getting the job done - trusting and empowering our people to deliver consistently, and enabling them to succeed. We are looking for an innovative business process and change lead to establish and manage our change management capability and govern our business processes. You and your team will play a key role in the success of organisational transformation, which will include changes to business processes, technologies, organisational structure, job roles and systems. You and your team will also manage a central catalogue of newly developed as-is processes (and their workflow implementation) and working with business owners to evolve them as regulations and policies change, efficiencies and optimisations are identified and new delivery capabilities are introduced (e.g. shared service centre).

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the backlog and workload for the "Ways of Working" team
- Develop change management plans for projects and / or change initiatives
- Evaluate the impact of planned organisational change
- Identify risks and developing risk mitigation tactics
- Identify and managing anticipated resistance to change
- Lead change management work streams with a structured methodology / process
- Support the development of communications relevant to change initiatives
- Provide coaching and training to employees at all levels in collaboration with the internal L&D capability
- Define success metrics and measure performance against these metrics
- Provide reporting and other updates to management and project teams
- Govern WPS' processes by:

- Collaborating with business and others to ensure processes remain standardised, current, optimal and reflect policy and business need
- Coordinating the implementation of new and updated processes within WPS
- Managing the central process portal on behalf of the business
- Helping to coordinate process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders
- Support additional projects, as required

**Education, Experience and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in business management, project management, finance, computer science or in a related field
- At least 3 years' experience leading complex & multi-country change / transformation programmes, involving system, process or organisational change
- At least two years' experience in business process design, optimisation and management in a related industry
- Proficiency in business process management software, such as BusinessOptix
- Proficiency in workflow / work orchestration software
- Lean / Six Sigma certification is a plus
- Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional written and spoken English

Walkers offers a dynamic working environment with opportunities for career progression and an excellent remuneration package, including a discretionary performance based bonus, pension and fully covered health insurance for employees and 5 weeks' vacation. Remuneration will commensurate with qualifications and experience and will be in the range of US$110,000.00 to US$125,000.00.
