Office Administration Assistant

Cliniwaste Health South Ltd are an exciting new company in the UK’s clinical waste disposal sector with over 60 years combined experience in the industry. Providing specialist services & solutions for the management & disposal of clinical wastes at our processing plants throughout the country.
We pleased to be recruiting for an Office Administration Assistant within our office in Queens Drive Industrial Estate Nottingham due to continuing growth & expansion.
The role will include but not limited to;
- Inputting and managing data accurately on our in-house systems.
- Assisting with reporting functions internally & externally.
- Answer in-bound telephone calls & general reception duties
- Producing collection/disposal paperwork
- Ensuring compliance procedures and guidelines are followed at all times
- General administration support to departments.
- May be required to perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.
This is a full-time permanent position, working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with some flexibility required.
**Experience**:
- Knowledge and/or experience of MS Office
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer support experience
Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience however this is not essential as full training will be given.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £21,800.00 per year
