**About the role**:
With an interest in fostering empathy and compassion in the next generation of healthcare practitioners, you will work alongside colleagues in the Stoneygate Centre for Empathic Healthcare to enhance course delivery and introduce innovative new empathy teaching to the Leicester Medical School curriculum.

You will be expected to play a significant role in managing a large group of tutors and simulators, assisting with training, and developing student assessment.
