We are currently seeking a highly skilled Multi-Channel E-Commerce Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the daily operations of our online store. Your responsibilities will include a wide range of tasks such as product selection, pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, inventory management, customer service, and order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of our online store, ensuring smooth functionality and user experience.
- Curate a diverse and appealing product selection that meets the needs and preferences of our target market.
- Implement effective pricing strategies to maximise profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
- Devise and execute promotional campaigns to drive customer engagement and increase sales.
- Monitor and optimise inventory levels to ensure availability and prevent stockouts or excesses.
- Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Oversee the order fulfilment process to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in managing multi-channel e-commerce operations.
- Strong understanding of the e-commerce Shopify platform.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Outstanding organisational and time management abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Develop and maintain all of our e-commerce websites and sales channel.
- Design and work alongside our marketing team to increase website traffic and sales.
- Analyse website performance data to identify areas of improvement.
- Create and implement search engine optimisation strategies.
- Monitor website performance, including traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Develop strategies to increase website conversions.
- Integrate third-party software into the website.
- Manage content on the website.
- Continuously optimise website content, product descriptions, images, and pricing to enhance search engine visibility and customer conversion rates and ultimately improve revenue.

- Excellent organisational, and complex problem-solving skills.
- Highly skilled in e-commerce and managing digital sales channels
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptable, positive, detail-orientated, and enthusiastic individual.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and multi-task effectively, holding a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
- Confident, with the ability to work functionally and communicate efficiently across all departments.
- Highly analytical and numerate mindset.

Skills and Experience:

- Experience in the e-Commerce industry (**Required**)
- Good knowlegde and experience in Amazon Seller, Central, Shopify & Channel Advisor
- Proficient in using e-Commerce platforms and related tools (**Required**)
- A track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious KPIs (**Required**)
- IT proficiency, with a good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office (**Required**)

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
