Medical Records Administrator

As a Medical Record Administrator you will be responsible for the handling and moving of medical records and other administration tasks required by the business. Training will be provided to ensure the appropriate levels of skills and knowledge across these areas to allow operational flexibility as well as staff development opportunities.

**What you'll be doing**:
- As part of the Medical Records team - ensure that all tasks (including the necessary processing and administrative activities) are completed in line with service requirements and defined SLAs.
- Ensure all processing work is delivered to the agreed standards and ownership is taken for smooth and timely delivery for our customers
- Ensure compliance with applicable policies, standards and legislation as directed by Team Leaders and Managers
- Support PCSE in the delivery of its overall business plan with a continuous focus on achieving SLAs and in particular ensuring service users and ultimately patients have a positive customer experience
**What we're looking for**:
- Strong administrative skills, previously worked in an administration role.
- Must be physically fit Some lifting of boxes (not heavy lifting)
- Great attention to detail and data entry skills
- Comfortable working in a target driven environment
- A good level of IT literacy
- Takes responsibility for both their individual performance and their contribution to team performance.
- Ability travel to the Darlington office
