**The Role**:
As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in:
- Strategically scheduling cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure seamless operations
- Overseeing the provision of compliance documentation for on-site cleaners including Health and Safety.
- Ensuring all supplies are readily available on-site for the cleaner.
- Building strong relationships with clients and resolving issues with effective solutions
- Collaborating with the Operations Manager and sales team to deliver on contracts efficiently
The ideal Operations Coordinator will possess:
- A track record of client liaison within an operational setting
- Exceptional organisational abilities
- Proficiency in PC use, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
- A valid driving licence
