**Grounds Maintenance Contract Supervisor** _(Drivers Licence Required)_

**Base Salary** from **£26,000 per anum** (salary negotiable depending on experience)

**Contract: Permanen**t - Full Time

**Hours**

38.5 hours per week Monday - Friday (hours differ depending on depot location)

**What we do**

We undertake all types of Grounds Maintenance and Soft Landscaping work,
- Grass cutting
- Weeding
- Shrub maintenance
- Hedge cutting
- Litter picking

**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for Hard Working, Reliable people with a passion for Grounds Maintenance and strong leadership skills

**Role Responsibilities**
- Assisting Depot Supervisors with occasional opening closing of the yard before staff arrive and after staff leave
- Supporting the Contract Manager by overseeing numerous depots at once with day to day operations, employee development and health and safety regulations
- Acting as a key point of contact between the business and key clients across the council to communicate updates, troubleshoot problems and liaise with on a frequent basis
- Actively be aware of existing client contracts and ensure their smooth operation and KPI's are being delivered consistently
- Have extensive experience working within Grounds Maintenance and landscaping to be able to train employee's on an ongoing basis
- Ability to work under pressure and without supervision to ensure the day to day business operations of numerous depots run smoothly and in line with their relevent contractual KPI's
- Managing performance, retention and sickness/ absence for each depot within your remit
