Hotel Receptionist

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Hotel Receptionist to join our team at the China Fleet Country Club which is set in 180 acres of beautiful Cornish countryside, just 15 minutes from Plymouth’s city centre. We are a Country Club that offers accommodation, fitness & leisure, golf, dining, hair & beauty, weddings, conference and events.
We are looking for a Hotel Receptionist to carry out all aspects of the hotel customer journey from reservation to departure whilst delivering a high standard of customer service to our guests, duties to include:
- Meeting and greeting
- Dealing with reservation enquires
- Check guests in and out of the apartments
- General administration
- Cash handling.
Must be computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft outlook would be preferred. Previous hotel reception experience is preferred.
We have 2 positions available:
Position 1-The hours are 21 over a 2- week period, the rota is as follows:
Week 1 Monday 2pm to 9pm and Friday 7am to 2pm
Week 2 Saturday 2pm to 9pm
Position 2-The hours are 28 over a 2-week period, the rota is as follows:
Week 1 Thursday 2pm to 9pm
Week 2 Monday 2pm to 9pm, Wednesday 7am to 2pm and Friday 2pm to 9pm
Extra hours will be available to cover holiday and sickness.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 10.5 - 14 per week
**Salary**: £9.70 per hour
