**Purpose of Position**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing and Leading a team of individuals.
- Maintaining the video production department and aligning it with the expectations of the business
- Creative direction perspective to plan for the delivery of best practice-driven, high-end results.
- Responsible for all approval processes that might be required for shot or project. Location permission, licences for T.V/Music, model releases and copyrights.
- Overseeing all crew & equipment hire, directing and coaching talent.
- Taking responsibility for building client relationships and assist in selling our video offering.
- Analysing to further bolster our expertise and create compelling case studies for further work.

**Background & Skill**:

- Degree educated and at least 3 year's experience in relevant industries
- Prior agency experience and examples of relevant work will be favourable.
- Vast experience of working with Clearcast and getting relevant adverts through the approval process.
- Proven track record and examples of video editing, sound editing and post production videos.
- Widely knowledgeable and experienced in full video production process from idea conception into pre-production.
- Strong understanding of professional cameras, prosumer camcorders, various HD and SD formats.
