The role will be based in Derby. Full time (37.5 hours).
**ABOUT THE ROLE:
**An opportunity has arisen for a client coordinator role within the Business Assurance team. Responsible for coordinating audits in the UK and Worldwide, including but not exclusively supply chain, ethical, technical H&S, quality and cyber security audits. Ensuring productive client relationships and effective delivery of audits that meet customer expectations.
**Key Activities**
- Coordinating and overseeing the allocation of audits in the UK and Worldwide, including but not exclusively management systems, supplier management, social, technical & security audits and inspections.
- Contacting clients to agree requirements and scope for audit activity.
- Arrange and finalise proposals, quotes and allocate such assessments to our pool of auditors.
- Release the final report and/or certificate to the customer and obtain feedback
- Ensure that the next cycle of audit activity is arranged.
- Responsibility for achieving the highest level of auditor productivity by scheduling and timetabling audits to deliver high utilisation.
- Developing strong working relationships with Intertek offices worldwide. Gaining knowledge of services and Standards offered by Intertek.
- Providing pro-active support to internal (sales, audit and technical teams) and external stakeholders.
- Creating and processing invoices.
