A midlands-based property development company are recruiting for a Team Administrator to provide support and assist the Group Insurance Manager and wider insurance team. This role requires previous experience in an administrative position preferably in theproperty sector. It is also essential that the successful individual has the ability to work calmly under pressure and is dedicated and proactive. Key features of this role include but are not limited to the following:

- Managing and maintaining the administrative systems
- Assisting in the collation of accurate information
- Ensuring that all data and documents are put into the relevant systems
- Giving support with general administration and other tasks as required.

This is a 12-month fixed term contact with the view to progress further with the company after.

This position requires someone with excellent communication and management skills. It is also essential that you can demonstrate experience working in a management role in legal or professional services.
