**What you will do**:

- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Understand their needs, preferences, and buying patterns to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
- **Order Processing**: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, shipping, and finance to ensure timely delivery and payment processing.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address customer concerns, complaints, and issues in a timely and effective manner. Troubleshoot problems, escalate complex issues as needed, and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution.
- **Sales Support**: Collaborate with the external sales team to support their efforts in generating leads, closing deals, and meeting sales targets. Provide administrative assistance such as preparing quotes, sales reports, and maintaining customer records.
- **Upselling & Cross-selling**: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers. Utilise sales techniques to maximise revenue and increase customer satisfaction.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities in the CRM system. Generate regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
- **Market Insight**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to offer relevant insights and advice to clients.
