Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled enthusiastic Gardeners to join our team. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of our gardens and landscapes. You will utilise your knowledge of plants, power tools and hand tools to ensure that our outdoor spaces are well-maintained and visually appealing.

**Duties**:

- Perform regular landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
- Plant, cultivate, and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Prune and shape trees and hedges to promote healthy growth
- Irrigate plants as needed to ensure proper hydration
- Assist with the installation of new plants, including digging holes and amending soil
- Operate power tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers safely and effectively
- Utilise hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and pruners for various gardening tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of gardening equipment.

**Skills**:

- Some knowledge of plant care, growing techniques, and landscape maintenance
- Proficiency in operating power tools commonly used in gardening
- Familiarity with hand tools used for gardening tasks
- Ability to irrigate plants effectively based on their specific needs
- Knowledge of grounds maintenance practices to maintain a neat and tidy appearance
- Attention to detail to ensure precise pruning and shaping of plants
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and kneeling
- Excellent communication skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £15.00-£17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Gardening: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
