Bar Staff/floor Staff

At Red Lion Holiday Park our Leisure Staff are responsible for providing a courteous and efficient leisure service. This involves serving hot, cold and alcoholic drinks and food in our bars/function room, assisting with leisure activities (Bingo, Kids Clubs, wearing of the Park Mascot Outfit, Karaoke and Disco nights) Our Leisure Staff are responsible for supervising customer safety in line with company policy and local licencing law. Our Leisure Staff are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the Bar, Lounge and Cellar areas at all times. This Job description is not exhaustive and you may be asked undertake any other task or duty that is deemed reasonable.
Our Leisure Staff must have the ability to work well under pressure while remaining calm and friendly.
Leisure Staff Tasks Include:
- Ensuring all stock is replenished and secured appropriately.
- Maintaining the hygiene and cleanliness of the Bar, Lounge and Cellar Areas at all
times in line with company policy and the health standards.
- Ensuring appropriate safety standards are followed and adhered to.
- Reporting and communicating any issues effectively with colleagues and management.
- Promoting of our business through great customer service.
- Serving and taking customers’ orders.
- Taking cash and card and card payments and operating our till systems.
- Attending work looking clean, smart and wearing uniform provided.
- Maintaining a flexible approach to working duties, attending and completing mandatory training as required.
Due to licencing laws, applicants must be over the age of 18.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £8.60-£11.44 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
Schedule:
- Weekend availability
