As part of the team, you’ll be pivotal in creating a cohesive and collaborative service to our users. Training, professional development and commitment are highly valued at KAB. We work throughout Kent, including Medway, Bromley, Canterbury and the surrounding areas.

Senior Rehabilitation Worker - Bromley (hybrid) - UPDATED T&C's

Kent Association for the Blind (KAB) is a charity that provides a comprehensive rehabilitation service to sight and hearing impaired people of all ages and abilities across Kent.

We are seeking a knowledgeable individual to manage our fantastic Rehabilitation team in Bromley to ensure that services provided are of the highest quality and meet the needs of Kent Association for the Blind’s clients. The role will also involve providing assessments of social care needs on behalf of the local authority and to plan and deliver programmes of rehabilitative training for people who are sight impaired.

Knowledge of the issues affecting sight impaired people, an understanding of the range of rehabilitation support available and the ability to put this knowledge into practice is essential for this role.

**Salary**:
£35,359 per annum plus London Weighting of £2,000 per annum.

**Location**:
Community House, South St, Bromley BR1 1RH (hybrid working).
