- Assist in the preparation of the operating room for surgical procedures
- Set up surgical instruments and equipment
- Ensure all necessary supplies and equipment are available and in working order
- Assist the surgical team during procedures by passing instruments, sponges, and other supplies
- Monitor patients' vital signs during surgery
- Maintain a sterile environment in the operating room
- Assist with patient positioning and draping
- Prepare and administer medications as directed by the surgeon or anesthesiologist
- Document all aspects of patient care accurately and timely

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Valid license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP)
- Proven experience working in an operating room setting
- Knowledge of surgical procedures, instruments, and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
