**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Manage day to day processing of daily wok & raise jobs cards on internal systems.
- Create job cars for operations team to work on.
- Control the management of aged work-in-progress and highlight aged jobs to the Technical Manager to ensure customer SLA’s are met.
- Learn customer warranty & parts ordering systems to provide holiday cover for staff.
- Ensure processes are followed such as key scanning and closing.

**What kind of person we are looking for?**
- Excellent IT skills and the confidence and ability to work with new IT systems and databases, as well Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Be punctual, reliable and hardworking.
- Be able to work as part of a team as well as under own esteem.
