**Duties**

As site foreman the main purpose of this role is to take responsibility for the refurbishment projects from inception to completion in a fast paced environment.

Your main duties will include but not be limited to:

- Responsible for the day to day running of the sites and trades people.
- Required to prepare progress reports daily from site.
- Ensuring that all trade people have the appropriate material and equipment in order to be able to achieve their designated tasks and end dates
- Ensuring that the site environment is satisfactory.
- Responsible for the quality of all work carried out on the site.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
