**The role**

This role will provide administrative support to the Income team, who are responsible for income collection and lettings/allocations within Regenda Homes.

**The right fit**
- Evidence of meeting performance indicators and targets whilst being able to prioritise workload
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively and constructively as part of a specialist team
- Excellent customer service skills
- I.T. Literate and a knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office

Regenda Homes is an award-winning Registered Social Housing provider with around 12,000 homes in Merseyside, Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Lancashire. We provide additional support to residents including finding work, money advice or dealing with anti-social behaviour.
