**Group Holiday Sales Advisor Role**

Daish’s welcomes over 500 groups each and every year which range from 16 - 140 people. We are currently looking for full time group holiday sales advisors to join our small but busy team.

You’ll be predominately speaking to group organisers and helping them through the booking process from providing initial travel quotes to making bookings, updating rooming lists and working to provide a smooth and enjoyable booking and holiday experience.

Daish’s has won best accommodation provider for groups at the annual Group Travel Awards and the Group Leisure awards for the last couple of years and we’re looking for people to deliver this high level of customer service.

**Group Sales Advisor - Duties**
- Dealing with Group Organisers to make new bookings
- Managing existing bookings and updating admin including rooming lists, invoices, pick-up sheets
- Managing admin around all bookings and liaising with hotels and coach drivers
- Updating various IT systems to ensure smooth running of the groups department
- Liaising with the companies 20+ coach drivers on pickup times and locations

**Group Sales Advisor will need**:
We’re looking for people with the following skills. Any previous travel our tourism experience is welcome but certainly not essential as full training will be provided.

While we aim to provide a fun working environment, we are looking for people that are hardworking and self-motivated and have a willingness to learn new skills.

You’ll be someone that works well in a team, has good communication skills and has a desire to deliver excellent customer service.

You’ll be provided with full training on our dedicated reservation system, however you should already have good computer skills.

We are looking for self-motivated, hardworking people with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Our offices are based in our Bournemouth Sands Hotel which enjoys a great position on Bournemouth’s West Cliff which is near to the beach, cliff top park and provides good transport links and is a short walk from Bournemouth’s town centre - plus there’s free on-site parking

Once you’ve been with us for at least 6 months, you’ll be able to take advantage of our friends and family holiday discount scheme and you’ll also benefit from £400 holiday vouchers each year to allow for travel to any of our hotels.

You’ll also benefit from a 50% discount at our hotel coffee shop and be able to soak up some sun on our popular roof terrace.
