**Receptionist - TEMPORARY**

Our client is a global leader in commercial real estate services who is looking for a highly professional temporary Receptionist to cover their Front of House on the following dates:
Half day training 26th April

29-30 April

9-24 May

**Hours and pay range**:

- £12 per hour
- Mon-Fri, 8:30-17:30
- Edinburgh office

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Answering and following up guest enquiries, sending out and following up booking forms, ensuring payments are processed in advance of visit and securing post-visit feedback
- Utilising integrated IT systems to help manage data, enquiries and bookings efficiently and accurately, optimising repeat bookings and acquiring new corporate guests
- To work with the Operations Team to oversee medium to large corporate group visits, as required and to ensure the smooth running of the visit and optimum guest experience

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Previous Front of House or Hospitality experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Ability to hit the ground running and take initiative
- Approachable, friendly personality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
