**What you'll do**

Are you a proactive, dedicated and highly organised individual? We're looking for a new Governance and Assurance Administrator where you'll be supporting the Company Secretary and Head of Governance and Assurance by making sure continuous high standards of governance throughout the Group. We want to make sure the board, committees and wider business continue to receive a service second to none.

We're looking for someone with a strong administrative background and excellent attention to detail since you’ll be leading on administrative activities within the team. You'll also be providing support to the Resident Scrutiny Panel (RSG) by carrying out the administrative functions associated with the delivery and co-ordination of the Scrutiny Annual Work Programme. You’ll be someone who isn’t be afraid to bring forward new ideas and challenge where we can improve - we don’t just want to do things the way they’ve always been done, we want do things even better

We proudly offer hybrid working so, when you're not working from home, you'll be able to be based out of either our Eastleigh office (SO50 6AD) or our Yeovil office (BA22 8WN).
