A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Service Advisor to work for a well-established company that offers a warm and friendly environment. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to a range of external clientsand internal.
**Job Description**:

- To process all requests and log these on to the in-house system
- Working with site-based engineers and field-based facility managers to action their requests.
- Liaise with subcontractors to log faults and schedule Engineers to attend the site.
- Occasional raising purchase orders
- The service desk advisor will be working with Engineers as to when they attended the client site, what work was carried out, and when the job was complete.
- The service desk advisor will be a point of contact for all Engineers and be responsible for effectively booking contracts, managing equipment, and delays that may occur.
- Client focused.
- Facilities Management experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- Highly organised
- Must have a keen eye for detail.
- Warm and personable nature
- Good time management
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

**Salary**: £23,500 (rising to £24,000 after probation)
