About the job area:

What you’ll do:
- Service members making claims in the early stages of membership by assessing medical reports and liaising with healthcare professionals to establish eligibility in line with underwriting terms.-
- Speak to our members in order to obtain all relevant medical information required to evaluate a correct outcome.- Servicing members at different stages of their claiming journey where medical assessment involvement is required and communicate the decision to the member in a clear and concise manner.
What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience of working in a customer services environment and demonstrates strong customer focus skills.- Comprehensive understanding of Bupa’s Personal /Company/Corporate schemes- Ability to identify sources of data, analyse data and make rational decisions and recommendations.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy on sensitive medical issues.- Proficient key board skills with an ability to navigate PC systems- A good telephone manner- Excellent organisational skills, able to manage time carefully
