**What We Are Looking For...**:
**Overview**:
This role is responsible for supporting the Ecommerce Trading Manager in delivering strong trading results working both in the here-and-now and the future. Working closely with B&M teams to highlight opportunities and across marketing channels to drive customer results, this role is at the heart of divisional performance, accountable for a set group of departments under the guidance of the Trading Manager.

**Accountabilities**:

- Creates and maintains reporting on site performance across a variety of systems. Comfortable bringing together information from a variety of data sources to shape overall divisional performance and provide insight to the Trading Manager.
- Reviews trading performance across markets and devices and highlights areas of opportunity to the Trading Manager.
- Works with Operations to maximise product visibility across a set of departments.
- Suggests changes to categories/navigation to optimise journey and improve conversion and AOV to Trading Manager and Operations Manager.
- Supports the Trading Manager to feedback to B&M teams on digital performance and potential opportunities to improve trade.
- Brings together high level analysis with recommendations to the Trading Manager to help create an optimal brief on assortment for Ecommerce.
- Supports marketing teams with divisional insights to optimise quality of traffic and address opportunities and concerns around visibility of a set of products.
- Works alongside the content team to ensure trading and intake information is shared and informs future content requirements.
- Works alongside digital operations to understand potential impacts of upcoming technologies and how they benefit the divisional trading performance.
- Creates, manages and reports on systemic promotional events in conjunction with other Trading Execs.
- Global competitor analysis
- Deputises for the Ecommerce Trading Manager in their absence.

**Skills**:

- Experience of ecommerce trading
- Experience of merchandising principles and planning.
- Understanding of web metrics and key KPI’s.
- Analytical, with experience of GA and understanding of Ecommerce’s role within a multi-channel organisation
- Strong excel skills
- A natural collaborator, working across teams to drive results
- Strong communication skills
- Trial-and-learn mindset
