As an Executive Talent Partner, you will partner with your client as an extension of their business, becoming their go-to expert for all their recruitment and sourcing needs. In this role, you can expect to recruit for both niche and high-volume roles acrossmultiple contracts and locations, so flexibility and resilience is key. Managing the vacancy from start to end, great communication will also be important to your success.

**Responsibilities of rthe role**:

- Creating accurate and appealing job advertisements in line with the client’s brand guidelines.
- Proactively headhunting senior talent for niche and hard to fill roles.
- Ensuring that all data relevant to the recruitment process is accurately recorded using applicant tracking systems.

In this position you'd be supporting on of our largest clients, the Money and Pensions Service, in recruiting for permanent positions across HR, Finance, Marketing, Procurement, Tech, Product, Business Support, and Exec positions.
**Required skills & experience**:

- Experience within a recruitment function from either an RPO, agency or in-house talent acquisition background.
- Ability to work in a team as we are targeted against both individual and team performance.
- Flexibility and resilience as you can expect to work on several different contracts at any given time with varying demands and timescales.
