Facilities Management Administrator

You will be responsible for managing the Facilities Management Help Desk and being the first point of contact for contractors who arrive on site to undertake repairs. Duties will include all aspects of an administrative role, responding to telephone enquiries, chasing up outstanding works, managing the car park intercom and access, scanning, filing. You should have knowledge of finance purchase ordering and invoice processing using financial software (Ebis) or similar. You will also be required to cover the office in the absence of the Facilities and H&S Manager and take minutes at departmental meetings.

**Salary**: Up to £24,422.00 per year
