**Senior Commissions Specialist, Liverpool - Hybrid based.**

**Bibby Financial Services** have an exciting opportunity available for a meticulous **Senior Commissions Specialist **to join our team on a **hybrid basis based in Liverpool.** You will join us on a **full time, permanent** basis and in return, you will receive a **competitive salary of £29,500 - £35,000 per annum and other benefits.**

As our **Senior Commissions Specialist, **you will be responsibile for the timely and accurate processing of UK Sales commissions to both internal sales teams and Introducers. Sales commissions are paid monthly and quarterly.

This is a critical operational role and interface between finance and our UK sales and operations team, responsible for c. £7.5m of annual transactions (processing £75k of sales commissions monthly, £500k of introducer payments per month and an additional quarterly £100k sales

**Your responsibilities as our Senior Commissions Specialist will include**:

- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of UK Sales Commission process, maintaining rigour around process and financial controls.
- Maintain a thorough and detailed approach to compliance and control.
- To work with and understand the existing processes but work effectively with relevant members of the finance team (business partnering and financial control) to deliver process improvements and investigate systems capabilities to help automate certain elements.
- Responsible for the support and mentoring of one direct report
- Support and deliver end to end process in respect of Broker Commission due to our Introducer base, in compliance with documented agreements and individual agreed commission structures
- To deliver excellent customer service and promote the BFS brand by efficient handling and management of incoming calls and queries with proactive resolution of issue.
- To form effective stakeholder relationships with our Internal Sales and Operation Teams to obtain the necessary inputs to the processes and clarify or resolve queries resulting thereof
- Working to tight deadlines from payroll to ensure all payments are made accordingly in respect of the UK Sales commission
- To ensure that commission are paid in accordance with relevant documented agreements and schemes ensuring that such documentation is current and any ambiguities identified are queried and clarified

**What we are looking for in our ideal Senior Commissions Specialist**:

- Intermediate Excel skills are essential
- Customer service experience, whether dealing with external or internal stakeholders
- Excellent Communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Being able to work to deadlines within tight timescales
- Able to work under pressure
- Ability to work with people at all levels and areas of the business
